I can’t remember my username, can you tell me what it is?
Your username is the same as your email address. If you have problems logging in and can't reset the password then please contact Customer Support.
If you use more than one email address, make sure you have logged in with the correct address.

I can’t remember my password, can you tell me what it is?
Your password is for you alone. Pacific Health staff will never ask you for your password. If you have lost your password go to Forgotten Password

My prescription link no longer works, what should I do?
Make sure you are logged in using the same email address you gave your practitioner, then go to the 'Prescriptions' menu to view your prescriptions.
