A message for all our Pacific Health customers
You may notice your orders taking a little longer to be processed this week.
Due to the loss of our Waipu store in a fire over the weekend, we are temporarily without some of our IT systems and fax machine. While we can receive email orders as usual, we can’t process them until later this week when our systems should be fully operational. We also can’t receive any fax orders as yet.
As all our stock is held at our manufacturing base in the Hawkes Bay, we can continue to fill orders as usual.
The phone numbers remain the same should need to speak to us, but we ask that you contact your rep in the first instance if possible.
As you can imagine, it has been quite a shock and a very busy time for us all. While we have lost the store, we are just thankful that no-one was hurt. Thank you for your kind messages of support – the team really appreciates it.
Please keep emailing your orders through as usual and we will update you later in the week with progress.
